Where is Trewithen Farm Glamping?
We are situated at Trewithen Farm, between the villages of Laneast and St Clether, just off the A395 and approximately 7 miles west of Launceston in Cornwall.
What is the minimum number of nights I can stay?
Two nights.
Do you allow children?
We do allow children, however our pods might not be the best fit for children as they were designed with adults in mind.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this time.
What are the check in & check out times?
Check in is after 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Depending on our bookings we might be able to accommodate earlier or later, so please reach out to us to see if this is possible.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellation is FREE if requested at least 30 days before your stay.
How many pods do you have?
We have two luxury glamping pods - Rowan and Hornbeam - set in their own secluded and very private 2.5 acre field.
What’s the difference between the two pods?
Not much! They’re mirror images of each other, with Hornbeam at the far end of the field and Rowan slightly closer to the parking.
What exactly is included in each pod?
Each pod comes with comfy double bed with divan storage drawers, under floor heating, a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table & chairs and an en-suite wetroom with shower, vanity sink, heated towel rail & wc. The kitchenette includes a gas hob, microwave oven and a silent fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses, kettle and toaster. Luxury towels and bed linen are all provided, as is tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. Outside features include a custom-built bench seat, picnic table and firepit with grill. A basket of wood and firelighters and outdoor blankets are also provided for you to enjoy cosy evenings by the fire!If there is something specific you are wondering about please get in touch!
Do the pods have their own bathroom?
Yes, each pod has an ensuite bathroom with a wetroom shower.
Do the pods have cooking facilities?
Yes the pods have fully fitted kitchenettes with gas hobs, microwave and silent fridge.
Do you provide bedding and towels?
Yes we provide luxury bedding and towels. One bath towel and one hand towel per person staying.
Do the pods have wifi?
Yes, the pods both have free access to WiFi suitable for HD streaming.
Are the pods fully insulated / how warm are they at night?
The pods are very well insulated and are warm at night. Underfloor heating is also available if it is particularly chilly. The insulation also provides excellent soundproofing although it is exceptionally quiet and private onsite anyway.
Do you have firepits and do you provide wood?
Yes, each pod has its own stone firepit. One complimentary basket of wood is provided.
Is there parking and is it free?
Yes there is free parking just a short walk from your pod.
Is there public transport available nearby?
Sort of. The nearest bus stop is a 25 minute walk away, located at St Clether Turn.
Is there a luggage trolley or help to carry bags to the pod?
Yes there is a luggage trolley and it is an easy short walk to your pod.
